SHOSTA was born in a dark room during the early stages of the 2020 pandemic. Characterised by driving sequencer basslines, soaring guitar sounds, synthesiser melodies, deep vocals and a hint of 80s aesthetics, SHOSTA moves somewhere between the influences of DAF and Depeche Mode. The origin of this musical journey manifests itself in his debut EP "WACHSEN", which saw the light of day in April 2021. In the following May of 2022, SHOSTA unveiled his first full album "HÖLLE DER VÖGEL". With Moritz Fris and Nicolas Frank, SHOSTA has now attracted two like-minded people to his side, whose musical contributions enrich his artistic odyssey with further nuances. Following the release of the independent singles "TANZ" in August 2023 and "OXYTOCIN" in December of the same year, the three artists are moving forward cautiously. A new album is in the works and will be released in May 2024 under the title "Wandel". A quiet promise of a transformative musical journey for lovers of the black scene and dark pop scene.
