Renon is a classically trained jazz musician turned "emo jazzy popstar". Hailing from Montreal, Renon’s jazz roots evolved into her signature alternative pop sound post-graduation. Her music fuses painfully honest lyricism with synth-heavy production, inspired by iconic artists such as Banks, Amy Winehouse, Charli xcx, Phantogram, Lizzy McAlpine, and The Neighbourhood. As an artist, Renon is as much a songwriter as she is a vocalist. She writes all her own music and creates with several Montreal producers. Her upcoming project mixes dark-pop with jazzy inflictions, tongue in cheek lyricism, and stellar vocal control. With her statement triangles around her eyes, Renon is set to make a major impact on the global music scene.
