New York born, Oxford, raised artist with Sudanese roots set out to pursue his passion for music by mastering his craft, inspired by icons such as 50 Cent, Tupac Shakur, Bob Marley and more. As a result, he built a unique approach to the genre; which isn’t just about that classic “golden age” sound, but also allowing other influences to creep in, including neo-soul, Afro-Beat, and other styles. His latest single FINS is a perfect example of his unique combination of different styles, converging into something special. With his EP release entitled Self Destruct launched in 2018, his fan base began to grow to a broader audience and eventually continued on to further recognition upon dropping his debut single, Right Now a few months later in 2019. After a few more videos and other releases he went onto releasing his debut album, entitled Pressure which was released in early 2020 amidst the beginning of the global pandemic. The 13-track studio album was thoroughly selected throughout his career as some of his finest work to date, showcasing a couple of accomplished rising stars from around the globe.
