Nosipho Msomi, is a club DJ factually known as DJ Nosiey SA. She was born Osindisweni and raised by the dusty streets of Umkomaas, KwaZulu Natal. Before she studied music, she used to hit the dance floor all the time with her appealing dance moves. After she realized the power, a DJ has at tuning different sounds to the audience, she suddenly had the urge to DJ. It was in this instance that she fell in love with DJing. Her sound is appreciated in and around local clubs. She has had the pleasure of playing in events that includes, the Sun dance and the Colour Fest SA. Every now and then she plays different sets in different community radio stations. She is a residence DJ at MPT Lounge in Pietermaritzburg. She recently released an EP called “Walk” on the 23rd of September 2022. The EP is infused with African tribe house music known as Afro house music. Two of the tracks in the EP, The underground and lonely feeling in were playlisted on an international radio, 4 the music radio in September 2022
