Felicitas is a German singer-songwriter and bedroom producer, based in the Netherlands. Born in the late nineties, she grew up with cheesy 00's R&B ballads like Ne-Yo's 'So sick' and female role models like Beyoncé, which made her develop a sixth sense for catchy top lines. This background, combined with later experiences of contemporary electronic music and German and Dutch night-clubs, results in a highly distinctive pop sound. Her mellow productions and intimate vocals create the kind of vibe fans of Billie Eilish and Sevdaliza are hungry for. In 2020 she released her single ‘Onemoretime’, which gained 100.000 streams on Spotify in no-time. At the end of the year she also published her first EP 'I Told It to Myself, Now I’m Telling It to Everyone Else'. A collection of songs about the intimacy of love and how vulnerable, but also secure it can be. It is an expression of feelings and memories, written like a diary. Later on she combined her songs 'You Make Me Feel Alive’ and ‘A Little Memory’ with a powerful music video. Felicitas’ tracks already made it into Netflix films and series such as ‘Dangerous Lies’, ‘El Club’ and into the new trailer of HBO’s Gossip Girl. These facts are just a few examples of what Felicitas currently is achieving. She belongs to the new generation of female artists who independently conquer the music world.
