King Mahan is a Charlotte-based rapper/hip hop recording artist. Raised in his hometown of Virginia, Mahan found his love for music soon after moving down to North Carolina. With no recording software, and no "official" outlet to release music, Mahan began his music career by recording videos of performing his creations on YouTube. 
 Beginning on YouTube, King Mahan's first single was "Awesome (Remix)", which was a mixed version of "Awesome" by XV. Mahan had since released up to 10 video performances on YouTube before these videos were taken down by the artists choice. Now King Mahan looks forward to releasing official songs to the public through music distribution. 
 King Mahan has a strong passion for music, and for what music brings to the mind, body, and soul. Mahan believes that music can be created to accompany every emotion, and that emotion can also bring out the best music. 
 Most recently, King Mahan has released a total of 8 tracks, with NICE being his latest release, with a feature from Julian Argo. However, Mahan isn't done as with the year being 2022, he has promised that more new music will be released very soon.
