Just out of high school, Noah Fischer, A.K.A. Bugga, is a young up-and-coming hip-hop artist. He began writing music at 15 years old, and signed his first record deal at 17, with Zaney Division Records. Creating new sounds and sharing his story, Bugga hopes to one day be an artist full time. Now 22 years old, Bugga has big plans for the future and refuses to quit working until he reaches his goals.
