From Newark, CA located in the heart of the Bay Area, Ed Dosia has been a recording artist since the mid 90’s. Co-founder of the group 14 Caliber with friend and fellow Newark rapper Keek Dogg, Dosia has worked with a variety of artists that include AP9 of the Mob Figaz, San Quinn, Speedy Loc, Spice 1, Mr. Kee, Snow the Product, Tito B, Lil Coner, and many more. Featured on Speedy Loc’s album Cali Thuggin’, he has also been featured on many different compilations and albums that include Ghetto Line Productions North Side Story and Dark Room Familia’s Power-N-Numbers and Brown Area. His debut solo album is “A Negative Mindset” which was released in 2010. Known for a fast pace style and rough delivery, he has influences that come from different genres of music. From 2Pac, E-40, Bone Thugs, and Tech N9ne to Red Hot Chili Peppers, Metallica, Eric Clapton, and System of a Down. With a love and passion for music and true artistry his emotions are captured and can always be felt as well as heard in his work. His solo album "A Negative Mindset" received 4 of 5 stars and was well accepted by other artists. “The Zodiac LP” and “Woodworkz” albums are out now and “Covid 19” is well anticipated single that has been very well acclaimed.
