ManorTrapItOut is a product of Elizabeth City, NC unlike no other that has hit the scene so far. The twenty-nine-year-old hip-hop tastemaker can never be classified strictly as a rapper. His life started out following his namesake as he hustled the streets to make sure he survived and flourished. This would lead him to unique opportunities, such as living in both Kuwait and South Korea for an extended period. When he decided to pick up the mic and follow the music, the artist formerly known as @ManorMade would put his life’s brightest and darkest moments over trap-heavy instrumentation to make drug dealer anthems and street bangers for the kinds of individuals he knew throughout his life; for the people. Eventually, he would find himself absorbed in the music scene, taking on artists as he managed their career and formed the 1900 Entertainment label as an artist and the CEO. As much as Manor prides himself on his infectious sound, he takes equal joy in polishing the artistry of up-and-coming Charlotte talents as he seeks to build his city into one of hip-hop’s newest powerhouses.
