Nacío y Críao en P FKN R 00987 Hailing from Carolina, Puerto Rico, A1 is a bilingual recording artist formerly based out of Los Angeles, California. After making a name for himself in the local Puerto Rico Hip Hop scene, alongside his group, “New Wave Gang”, A1 moved to New York in 2015 to pursue a Degree in Syracuse University. It was here where he met Aaron P, who would become his friend, producer and DJ. In the summer of 2016, after moving to California, A1 and Aaron P debuted their first production, A1 Brews, followed by the remastered version The Full Batch in Spring of 2017. A1 released the Official Video for Gone in January 2018, the first single off of The Sauz, the second solo EP for the MC which debuted on March 31st, which includes the the singles Como Si Na & Coral. On January 6th of 2019, after moving back to Puerto Rico, A1 debuted his first single of the year, Ella Se Fue produced by fellow NWG member Da' Ghost. After headlining a string of shows in Puerto Rico. On Spring of 2019, A1 performed for the first time in Austin, Texas; serving as the opening act for Lil' Flip and KXNG CROOKED. (formerly known as Crooked I) On May of 2019, A1 traveled back to Los Angeles as part of a string of shows in Southern California. After a string of singles throughout the summer and several performances, A1 debuted his 3rd solo project "La Cava" on December 25th, produced by Aaron P.
