Pedal steel guitarist, Joe Harvey-Whyte is an in-demand session player and has worked with a range of artists including Liam Gallagher & John Squire , James Vincent McMorrow, The Magic Numbers , Susanne Sundfør , Billy Bragg , Tony Visconti , Jody Stephens , Bullion , Mozart Estate, Alabama 3 , The Hanging Stars and many more. Aside from his successful career as a session musician, Joe also works as a composer and field recordist. His debut solo release Flatland / Spaceland was released on None More Records in 2021. Flatland / Spaceland blurs the lines between ambient and neoclassical to create an ethereal and meditative listening experience. The pieces were Inspired by Edwin A.
