Daniel Aceves, also known as Dark Banshee, is a 20 year old record producer, DJ, musician and composer from Mexico City who has worked on film projects, production and co-production on projects of various artists, he also participated in the editing of the new dubs (2021) of the first season of the Netflix original series House Of Cards, has been recognized by the Universidad Panamericana as "Musical Prodigy" and "The future of music production in Mexico" in an article in 2022. In 2023 he collaborated with independent filmmaker Mathew Appleby on the soundtrack for his film Adam & The Water, a film that received several awards around the world, currently available on AppleTV. Daniel Aceves (aka Dark Banshee) began his musical career since he was 9 years old, publishing mixes and remixes on YouTube and Facebook under an anonymous identity, at the age of 14 he started collaborating with the recording studio led by Julio Morales, Solar Studio, where at his young age he had the opportunity to start having small participations in professional recordings and productions. Julio Morales, also known as METRØM, was his teacher throughout his adolescence. After a long break due to the 2020-2022 pandemic, in 2023 he released his first official release as Dark Banshee, which was the album "Love, Tears & Roses". Daniel Aceves as well as his artistic project "Dark Banshee" is not limited to experimenting with musical genres and new projects in the entertainment industry.
