Narcissus Drowned

Narcissus Drowned (The Remixes)

Bring Me Down

Biography

Stepping into the saccharine soaked world of Electro-Pop was an unintentional turn for a shotgun vocalist, known for belting out Big Band standards from The Great American Songbook. With abstract lyrics influenced by his time creating music in the heart of NYC’s East Village - this Southern California native crafted a pop album that moves with heart of a poet - and the heat of a dance floor. His debut effort, a narrative concept album entitled "Narcissus Drowned", is a sonic exploration bringing together electro-pop produciton and chilled out, poolside dance vibes. "Narcissus Drowned" also includes a signature remix of "Time Bomb" by RAC and production from Barcelona based DJ outfit Buffetlibre (Angelo also appears on their album Songs for Elaine). Building a progressive bridge after "Narcissus Drowned", Angelo turned to production from London based artist, The San Fernando Sound. The “Bring Me Down” EP pulls from late 80's and 90's pop while relying heavily on D’Agostino’s talent for broken hearted harmonies and a soaring vocal range. With support from indie-pop DJ/Artist Outputmessage, Brooklyn based Chezdune and former label-mate His Bitter Truth, Angelo creates an ambitious step forward as both an artist and curator of his own aural world. Upcoming releases are scheduled for Fall 2024
