Dámaris Bojor is a rising star from Hermosillo, Mexico, known for creating the new genre “Folkpirano”—a fusion of regional Mexican music and North American folk. In just a year of making music, Dámaris has quickly established herself as a compelling new voice. Her sound is inspired by the contrasting landscapes of the Sonoran Desert and the lush Yécora region, blending resilience with warmth and tranquility. Her background as a trained painter influences her lyric writing, which she approaches like a canvas, layering emotions and imagery.
