Tayy Tarantino is an American hip hop recording artist, and songwriter from Anchorage, Alaska. Some of his musical influences are J-Cole, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Drake, Lil Wayne, and Timberland. He released his first project "Half Step From Legendary"during his senior year of high school along with 3 music videos. His full length LP Homecoming released with Bad Agenda on September 13th, 2016 won "Best Album" for the Alaska Hip Hop Awards in 2016 along with "Best Male Artist". Tayy is currently wrapping up his latest project due out the end of 2017 or early 2018. Tayy has performed at SXSW along with some of the biggest music festivals in Alaska. He's opened for August Alsina, Ludacris, Nelly, The REJ3CTZ’s, Hopsin, Twista, 2 Chainz, Wu-Tang Clan, and Nas.
