Gnar Bones and the Destroyers was formed in 2017 when John Thomas Peig (Gnar Bones) moved from Los Angels, California to Honolulu, Hawai’i. With childhood friend Joel Glen (Lil Sasquatch), the two wrote many songs together in LA with half of the songs being apart of the Moreno album. Joel can also be given credit for the album’s artwork. The next step for JT was to write more songs for the album and record all the instruments such as drums, guitar, yuh red u vocals, and keys. JT is also responsible for producing the entire album. The last step of was to add two polished vocalist, Clare Nelson (Clarzoid) and Jack LeClair (Dutch McQuade) where they had met in Hawaii and became very close friends. After being on island and working on the album for a few years it was finally time to introduce Gnar Bones and the Destroyers to the world. With its unique sound ranging from mellow moods to heavy rock and everything in between, Gnar Bones and the Destroyers will provide music for any occasion and/or vibe you may be in search for!
