Jausmė (pron. Yo-sm-eh) is a singer, songwriter, composer from Vilnius, Lithuania. She weaves unique, cinematic, soul infused minimalist post-folk sounds with a 29-stringed traditional zither-harp called Kanklės (pron. kunk-lehs) and her haunting strong vocals. Jausmė is a musical storyteller writing in 2 languages. Inspired by Nature, people, city soundscapes and lights, self-reflection, re-learning, books and travels, she delivers her truths and virtues in a lullaby-esque fashion, which sometimes turn into a howling siren’s calling. ‘Every song is a journey’, Jausmė says, ‘Come along.’
