Yves Shema Manzi, know as Getts Kent, was born 13th January 2000 and raised in Kigali, Rwanda. Started as the Dope Crack, a duo formed by Kenny K-Shot and Getts in 2014. The DOPE CRACK or simply CRACK stands for Creative Rap And Creative Knowledge, as a group they went on to release their first single “Underrated” plus the visual for it that came out in February 2016, On January 13th 2017 the group won two awards at the Rwanda Youth Awards as Best Artist of the Year and The Video of the Year. Getts released his first EP “Insecurities” in July 2018 and first Album “Frequently Asked Questions” in February 2020.
