Phase One, a native of Bronx, NY, was born and raised in the birthplace of hip-hop. Coming up around legends such as Hank Shocklee of the Bomb Squad, sharing stages with the likes of Slum Village, Bilal, Talib Kweli, Kimbra, Reggie Watts, Hannibal Buress and others. Phase was able to sculpt his sound around the soundscape of the Big Apple. Few independent MC's carry themselves with the poise and verve that Phase One exhibits. He has become something of a cornerstone in New York City’s local hip-hop scene, and now he’s primed with his latest release "The World Wonder" LP produced by King Henry.
