Time is part of the group Calm. with AwareNess from Dirty Laboratory. They are from so called Denver on the homelands of the Cheyenne and Arapaho. Time has worked with Kool Keith, Jake One, Xiu Xiu, Ron Miles, Mick Jenkins, Psalm One, Che Noir, Extra Kool, namebuddha, scott crow and more. Time was friends with Lonnie "Pops" Lynn and did production work on Common’s albums The Dreamer, The Believer and Black America Again. He is a known lyricist and was co-signed by Talib Kweli. Time is host of the Time Talks Podcast, and also a writer, he has chapters with Noam Chomsky and Joy James, and in the books Building Power While the Lights Are Out, and Trust Kids (AK Press). His new book is titled Acknowledging Radical Histories co-authored with Dr. Gerald Horne.
