Tebs David is an internationally acclaimed legendary South African Gospel Artist, Songwriter and Producer. In his native country (South Africa), Tebs David is not classified only as a Gospel Artist but also as a Community Builder. He is known for initiating and staging a number of festivals/ shows aimed at addressing social ills in order to communicate, entertain and educate the community (i.e. HIV / AIDS Awareness, Child Abuse, Prayer against Crime, Drugs; Alcohol Abuse, Orphans, etc). Other Extended involvement includes: Prison Ministry; Mission Work; Church Planting; Crusades and Outreach Ministry; Artist Development and Training (Business Skills) and job creation. Under his record label Bold Music and Entertainment, he natured many talents and provided a platform for growth for these Artists, for example, Oncemore Six, Busi Radebe, Urban Matjila, Takie Ndou, Chairo, Mabongi, Bongi and Collin, Motswedi (Moe), etc, who are currently doing well in the Music Industry. Most of the artists he's recorded received numerous awards under his record label, amongst others, Takesure Zamar Ncube, Jabu Nkabinde, Buhle Thela, Takie Ndou and Moe. Tebs David was awarded a Crown Gospel Music Award for “Best Community Outreach Artist”; “Best Traditional Song”; "Best Classic Song of the Decade” and “Best Classic song of the Year”.
