ROHMA, an Italian-Brazilian artist based in Brazil for over 20 years, has just released his third album, @rroboboy, produced by Jonas Sá, Thiago Nassif and Binho Manenti and featuring guest appearances by Letrux. Just as there are no geographical barriers to ROHMA's life and career, there are also no limits to his experimentation and to the blending of traits that go from underground to mainstream very easily. Very naturally, ROHMA walks through industrial music inspired by the history of Nine Inch Nails and also presents tones of R&B and Soul from new names like Stromae, leaving musical modesty aside by mixing international elements with traits of Brazil that he adopted to live, work and start an artistic career. Through 11 tracks that are a true dive into the warm waters of global music, the album presents experimental moments such as the unusual version of "Esquinas" (Djavan) in Italian that became "Solo Io" and also stripped timbres as in "Strong Golden Shower" and "Manda Nudes" with feat. by the sensational Brazilian percussionist Bica Tocalino of Teto Preto.
