Ignas Šoliūnas is a composer of electronic and electroacoustic music, currently based in Vilnius, Lithuania. His work mainly uses analogue electronic instruments such as synthesizers, eurorack modules and magnetic tape players. Often his music can be found in interdisciplinary projects, especially between music and contemporary dance. In his compositions he uses structures inspired by American minimalism, drawing inspiration from composers such as Terry Riley, Steve Reich, La Monte Young, Charlemagne Palestine and others. Ignas also performs with the electronic music trio El Chico Fuendre, and co-founded the contemporary interdisciplinary theatre "Bloom Theory Theatre".
