TL Jones started her music career non traditionally by first becoming an author. She had four books published by a publishing company. It was through that connection that she started to write music for other artist such as Shauna Knapp and Bukekastyle. When she realized the music she was writing for other people wasn’t elevating at her desired pace, it was then she decided, hesitantly, to become an artist. Since releasing her first EP entitled “No chaser” she has traveled to perform for various audiences. Her song "Miss Me" has earned her heightened attention which allowed her to perform for the “Kansas City People’s Choice Awards”.
