In the fall of 2019, a group of celebrated female authors, artists, and songwriters gathered to build friendships by writing together in community. During that time, songs and stories were born out of a collective response to God’s faithfulness to women; throughout Scripture, and in their own lives. These songs and stories have now taken shape in a collaborative book, album, podcast, and live event, inviting others to add their own voices in praise of a kind and present friend king: Our God above, below, and of everything in between. The songs on the upcoming album, FAITHFUL: Go and Speak (Integrity Music), were co-written by the book’s authors and a celebrated group of artists/songwriters and feature collaborative performances by Amy Grant, Christa Wells, Christy Nockels, Ellie Holcomb, Ginny Owens, Janice Gaines, Jess Ray, Kelly Minter, Leslie Jordan, Rachael Lampa, Sandra McCracken, Sarah Kroger, Sarah Macintosh, Savannah Locke, Tamar Chipp, and Taylor Leonhardt with production by Nathan Nockels. This unprecedented collaboration between artists and authors has led to a stunning collection of poetry and resonance that will bless readers and listeners for years to come.
