Red Carnation - that's modern metalcore from Hamburg. With a modern sound and a clear vision, the young, up-and-coming band manages to bring new influences into the genre and no longer needs to hide from the big names in the scene with their new songs. Founded in 2018, the band can now look back on 5 years of band history, during which time their sound has developed significantly. Inspired by other genre greats and the musicians' own broad musical background, the band is not afraid to break down genre barriers in their music. Their lyrics deal with serious topics such as mental health, the communication of values and social injustice, but also topics from pop culture. The release of Left to suffer, featuring Tobias Rische, ex-Novelist/Alazka, marks the band's biggest milestone.
