The persona of the singer, songwriter, producer & sound engineer Tobias.wav (Pronounced as “Tobias”) is a United States-based artist known for his smooth R&B tracks that draw from Hip Hop, Afro-beat, and Alternative influences. Formerly known as TITG, he began writing and recording music at the age of 12. Since then, he has thrived in and out of the studio. He produced his first official project “ASTRA: Femmina” in 2017 and released it in January of 2018. Following that release, the multifaceted artist released the “Beast in the Night” series, an eight-track EP in 2018, and a full-length 10-track sequel in 2020. With songs like Insecure and Dark Shades, he continued to mesh his Nigerian roots with his passion for R&B & Rap. On this project, Tobias draws in a wide array of influences from his inspirations in the music industry such as PARTYNEXTDOOR, Gabzy, Drake, Cruel Santino & Nonso Amadi. Over the summer of 2020, he released a 6 track EP titled "Diary of a Loverboy" which comprised of smooth cuts like "Star Freestyle" and "Simisola" alongside his longtime collaborator Yoshiii. This release kicked off the D.O.A.L series.
