Born on 22 June 2000, Indonesian singer/songwriter Ferdy Zein start his career by joining a singing competition when he's 9-year-old. Debut with his first band called Star Project in 2014, and disband in 2016. Debuting again with his second band called Beat Project in 2016, contributing to Jazz Traffic Festival in 2016, and disbanded again in 2018. Now he starts his career as a solo singer. Contributing to Vandra's album called X.Y.Z (Depression Diary) in 2019. 
 In 2020, Ferdy Zein made a single with vyast called screaming. and a few months later, He made Bad Habit with Vandra. 
 In 2021, Ferdy Zein contribute with Ghifa's album called Black Avenue (One Night Stand). and at the same time, Vandra decided to make a new version of Bad Habit.
