Casey Urban is a multidisciplinary artist; pro pleasure in creation, sex and movement. Her music is influenced by indie pop, folk, psychedelic rock, and art pop. Some of her biggest musical influences include Cat Power, Townes Van Zandt, Radiohead, Julia Jacklin and Mitski. Casey has been writing songs since age 19, but more consistently since 2021. In 2021 Casey experienced a traumatic experience with an abortion which reawakened her as an artist. Grief was transmuted into art through combining pole dancing with original music. Casey has produced multiple shows in NYC including her one-woman show “Favorite Lover”.
