From their home city of London, The Fourth Choir has established a reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting choirs. The Choir was founded in 2013 by a group of LGBT+ singers and their allies who aspired to sing choral music to a high standard and represent the LGBT+ community on London’s world-class classical music scene. Led by Artistic Director Dominic Ellis-Peckham, the Choir is going from strength to strength. They have performed in many of London's top cultural venues including the Royal Festival Hall, Hall One at Kings Place, the British Museum, the British Library, the Jazz Cafe and the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse at Shakespeare’s Globe. The Choir has led the way in exploring venues, with innovative repertoire and site-specific performances at the Thames Tunnel, Fitzrovia Chapel, Middle Temple Hall, and Hoxton Hall.
