Justin Gordon aka Lefty Van Lowe is a rapper, songwriter, and creative director based in Atlanta, GA. Lefty was born and raised in the Bronx, NY then later moved to Atlanta with his mother and younger brother. The early love and influence of music starts with artist like Nas, Ma$e, Outkast, Missy Elliott, and many more. The inspiration immediately hit at the age 14, sparking him to fill every notebook with songs about family, girls, and life as a young teen finding his way. In 2008, now living in Atlanta, Lefty formed the group Rebel Nation with childhood friends and collaborators Taztic, MWiL, and A.G the Shadow Walker. After releasing 2 group mixtapes and performing at countless of open mic showcases he then went on to create his solo project entitled "Just Curious" in 2010. The project featured Rebel Nation and exhibited Lefty's skills as a songwriter on his own. His discography now consists of 3 albums, 9 singles, and 2 EPs. The latest project “Keep Ya Drive” capped off the year of 2020 with a great vibe going in to the new year. It was released independently on Lefty's born day, December 26th. The most recent music video from the album is the single “Black Buttah”, which is available on his YouTube channel.
