MaxOne, rocdomz, Byron and Brandon Musser (the Trudeau brothers and the Musser brothers) have always been friends and have always made music together. However, it wasn’t until they were booked together at Cornerstone Festival in 1997 that they decided to make it official. It was one of those situations where it is obvious to everyone in a circle of friends which ones would make a good couple except for the two people who would make the good couple. So once everybody in this group of friends figured out they would make great music together, they united as Sackcloth Fashion and started taking music much more serious. Through all of this, Sackcloth Fashion earned a reputation as top notch producers, which created opportunities to do production for major labels such as: Jive Records (Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, NSync), Atlantic Records (POD, Atlantis Morisette, Jewel), and Wind Up Records (Creed, Evanscense, 12 Stones). Sackcloth Fashion has produced music for artists such as KJ-52, P.O.D., Nappy Roots, Tonéx, Ill Harmonics, Tunnel Rats, L.A. Symphony and the Daredevil Soundtrack. Their production credits also include TV shows such as (but not limited to): Outer Limits on Sci-Fi/NBC, and Fusion Sports on Fox. Even the big screen has tapped into Sackcloth Fashion’s trademark sound. Movies like (but not limited to) “Extreme Days”, “It Runs In The Family” starring Michael Douglas, “Love The Hard Way” starring Adrien Brody.
