John Thomas; also known as K-Town Baby” and “Hari Ng Galit (translates to The King of Rage in Tagalog), is an American musician from Kent, Washington. John began playing music as early as two years old; learning how to play both the drums and piano by ear. Formerly the drummer of Seattle based Thrash Metal band Salem Knights, John took the step into making Hip-Hop while attending college at Central Washington University. His debut track “Wonderwheel” was an overnight sensation in his college town of Ellensburg. The success of Wonderwheel inspired him to release his debut EP “Life of an Oddball”, which was recorded and mastered by pop musician and friend/classmate gavn!. Since beginning his rap career, John has released multiple singles and his second EP; “Inner Peace”. John’s Alternative Rage sound is an amalgamation of Hip-Hop, R&B, & Synth sounds that provide a unique listening experience to his fans both on record and when performing live. As the founder of Kent based conglomerate “KB4L” AKA the Kent Boyz, John’s main goal is to start his own label imprint and create opportunities for other artists.
