Yasmin Ray is a Canadian R&B singer-songwriter known for her distinct tone and soulful delivery. She hopes to promote self discovery and growth through her music. Initially she built her foundation through her dad- a veteran vocal coach- but Yasmin always knew she needed to find her own voice. 
 Completely independent and determined, she traveled to Atlanta, Georgia to work with top shelf producers to craft her vision. With their guidance and belief in her voice and style, they created her 5 song EP called "Blank Canvas" and "Wishful Thinking" being her first single. Since then, Yasmin has gained local recognition performing at local venues in Vancouver supporting the release of her debut EP, “Blank Canvas” released in 2017. The Atlanta-produced project featured the single “Wishful Thinking” which was voted #1 in the top 100 charts by RnBass for the best song by an up-and-coming R&B artist which brought Yasmin to the forefront of the underground urban music scene. 
 Yasmin received national recognition and has been featured in numerous publications including HipHopCanada, R.A.W. Magazine, Singer’s Room, RnBass and more. Her single “Dreams” which released on August 16th, 2019 began charting on digital radio and became #1 for 3 consecutive weeks. Her first single off her upcoming 2022 EP titled “Players Club” released on November 2nd 2021 and her latest single “With You” was released on January 28th and the second single from her unreleased project “Morena”.
