Shaquille D Mitchell, known as Rio Narley is a songwriter and performing hip-hop artist based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He realized his intellectual talent for music when he incorporated his love for writing poetry and bring together natural sounds. Rio organically creates a sound that fits his poetic writing skills which are evident in his music. He started recording and releasing music on Soundcloud when he was 18 years old and has been building his social media fanbase, brand and style through live performances. He traveled to Los Angeles, California in 2018 to network with other like-minded people, do open mic gigs, and get a better understanding of how to market himself socially as well as online. Unfortunately, he had to move back to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina temporarily due to his mom getting into a car accident at the beginning of 2019 and is still pursuing his career as a songwriter and performing hip-hop artist in his local area. There are many different reasons why Rio Narley would be an amazing fit. He's an extremely outspoken individual, exuberating a highly expressive clear image with the way that he writes his music.
