“Moyoswrld“ also referred to as “Moyo” by her fans is a Nigerian Artist, Songwriter and developing creative director with a goal to redefine the African music experience. Moyo holds a unique understanding of music, art & culture as a whole and blends her authentically African style with her other influences to create an uncharted musical landscape. With a sound that can only be defined as ‘Afro-rage’, a sub genre which is derived from Alté, Afrofusion, Hip Hop & Punk elements, Moyoswrld contributes to the culture in a unique variety. Moyo’s identity and creative approach are heavily reliant on how hands on she is with the entire proces, from recording to graphic design, to visual storytelling. Because of this fact Moyo works closely with members of her creative collective “Brigade Studios” to consistently create cohesive Experiences with each release. Moyoswrld’s process involves experimentation and exploration of themes that translate and complement one another both sonically and visually. This led to the immense support of her some of her singles “NEW ID”, “Island Punch” , “Let Me Down” and “F*ck That” and Visual projects such as “NEW ID: THE MOVIE”, “Island Punch 2nd REALM” and “Moyopiano” & “Red Dot!” .
