Lars Meijer his musical interest started at a very young age, where he developed as a musician (drummer, percussionist, and timpanist). During his music education "Sound Design & Music at the University of Applied Sciences", he becomes fascinated by the mysticism that surrounds mastering of audio. Seized by this magic, his passion for mastering was born. In 2015 he started as an intern at Sander van der Heide at the Wisseloord studios and assists on projects for Darcy Proper & Sander van der Heide. His qualities did not go unnoticed and at the early beginning of 2016, he was asked if he wanted to join the mastering team. Since that time he has worked on projects including: "Unders, Mr.Probz, Baba Yega, Sean Paul, The Jezables, Russkaja, The Cool Quest, Sticky Fingers, Myon, Latenight Alumni & Kaskade, Seven Lions and did various quality checks for artists like Jeff Mills, BT, Ozark Henry, Bløf, Peter Maffay, The Common Linnets. Lars' mission: "Music is an emotional experience and through his technical knowledge and creative solutions, he creates in collaboration with the artist, label or producer the best tailor-made end result".
