Years active : 1993–present Always searching for new sounds and experimental noises, Matteo Ceccarini has been a professional DJ, sound illustrator and music producer since 1990, performing in clubs all over the world as well as collaborating with fashion designers, movie directors, theatre companies and the trendiest luxury international brands. Based in London and Milan, the Deriva Collective team composes original soundtracks for fashion shows and movies, live audio-video performances, music productions, bespoke compositions and music licensing for streamings and video synchronizations. Matteo was discovered by the designer Gianfranco Ferré who introduced him to the world of fashion. In 1994 he began working for some international fashion designers composing music, DJing and sound designing for their shows.
