Rachèl Louise started her musical career with ‘At The Disco’. An honest piano song about the struggles of ADD, presented with poppy melodies and direct words. Her second EP ‘Big Girls’ was created with Odd Martin Skålnes and Magnus Skylstad (AURORA) in Norway (’17). She toured with Aurora and major Dutch bands Racoon & BLØF. 2018 took a turn and brought the Country/Folk band “The BlueBirds” to life. A trio created with R.L., Elske deWall & Krystl. The female collection released two albums together, played two large theatre tours through Holland and sold out venues like Amsterdam’s Paradiso. As a songwriter R.L. has written for artists like YUKI, Og3ne, Frenna and Brooks. 2023 brought back the focus to Rachèl’s own songs and created the third EP “Popular Problems”, released with several songs like ‘Sad On Sad’ & ‘Down The Line’. This collection of stories speaks of issues like climate change & mental health and how to deal with the stress that these challenges fire at us. With Rachèl becoming a new mom, the intimate piano song “Perfect Mother” was released on Mothers Day May of ’24. This is the first songs leading up to a new EP to be released in the spring of 2025.
