Originally hailing from Caracas, Venezuela, CC Dub's dub odyssey began when he transplanted himself to Europe. His journey included significant periods in France, where the seeds of his musical calling were sown, and eventually, Portugal, which he proudly calls home to this day. CC Dub's initiation into dub was as a bassist and producer, a voyage that would later see him produce the track "Run Politician," a collaboration with Jamaican artist King Joe that sent shockwaves through the reggae and dub world. His creative output has graced renowned labels such as Culture Dub Records and Livity Records with his works. Collaborating with artists of diverse backgrounds, including the likes of Mexican Stepper, Belém Natalí, and Guru Pope, CC Dub has transcended borders, forging connections that resonate through his music.
