RIC hails from grim less talked about Westbank of New Orleans, LA. Coming up with a drug-addicted father and an overwhelmed mother of 5 kids, RIC taught himself a lot. He played football to stay out of trouble and in hopes of getting his family out of New Orleans. Facing turmoil at times and being tested time and time again, RIC has lost one of his brothers to a life sentence and one Angola state prison and another brother to death in 2015. He has a pain in his voice that can be heard an appreciated by many facing those same obstacles and gives a rawness kind of like Kevin Gates but can be just as smooth as Drake. He has been on featured on tour with artist like Trippie Redd, Da Baby, Lil Baby, 2 Chainz, Yella Beezy, Lil Flip, Trapboy Freddie, MO3, and NBA Young Boy.
