Electric Pineapple are a London-based production duo comprised of Andrew Kingslow & Trina Smith. The pair have successfully produced collaborations with M.I.A., Lily Allen , Future Cut , Tiggs Da Author , Shingai , John Newman & more. Andrew Kingslow wrote and produced all of the music for the BBC & BAFTA-nominated children’s TV show; Rastamouse & Da Easy Crew. Kingslow also produced two albums for the show. He went on to write the soundtracks for BAFTA-nominated BBC show Apple Tree House along the following TV & film credentials Composer for YolanDas Band Jam Co-writer & producer for the Sundance Film Festival’s award-winning documentary Nuts Shortlisted in two categories for a Clio Award Nominated for a British Craft Award Electric Pineapple have their own set up within the Tileyard Studios area of London, rubbing shoulders with neighbours like MNEK & other chart toppers. They have plans for even more releases in 2020! 2020 will see the pair team up with Mutya Buena on ‘Black Valentine’. The pairing came together organically & the complimentary musical relationship has yielded this incredible feature.
