YiGZAW is one of the names from southern Sweden that has taken a new wave of music by storm. The Swedish artist shows a perspective on alternative Rnb and Hip-hop sound expression. By growing up with Gospel from his early childhood days, YiGZAW has been able to combine influences and ignite a modern sound. As he has released a number projects, he has already shared the stage on venues with some of the hottest Sweden hip-hop profiles such as Lamix, been featured on Sweden's radio stations "P3 Sweden's radio and P3 Din Gata", played on southern Sweden's festival "Malmöfestivalen" and started 2019 by being nominated for the "Breakthrough of the Year" by Sweden's rap magazine, GAFFA. 2020 became the year YiGZAW took on the Swedish hip-hop scene properly, with releases such as ’La Dolce Vita’. 2021 became the year he showcased his up coming debut album at an grammy’s event in Sweden. A natural follow up in 2022 came to be the launching of his debut album Ett steg bak två steg fram.
