Roberto Sam Screnci aka QUICKSOUND is a Producer, DJ and Percussionist based in Montreal, Canada. His style combines world music elements with electronica into a unique blend of Deep Afro Latin Tribal House. He co-wrote and co-produced Lionel Richie's top ten hit "All Around The World". The album "Coming Home" received two Grammy Nominations. His music was licensed to popular CD compilations by Buddha Bar, Danny Tengaglia and Roger Sanchez. He was the musical director for fashion icon Jean Paul Gaultier's "Pinkarnaval". He remixed Cirque Du Soleil's song "Africa" from the show "O" which was released on vinyl featuring a remix by Tiesto on the other side. He collaborated with 15 time Grammy Winner Luisito Quintero and remixed six songs by the legendary folk singer Felix Leclerc. He created an album with 4 time Juno Award Winner Alpha Yaya Diallo and released on the lable he founded Tumbao Records. He performed internationally at the Winter Music Conference (Miami), Nuit Blanche (Morrocco), Arabian Nights (Turks & Caicos). In his hometown of Montreal he has performed in front of tens of thousands of fans at festivals like Black & Blue, Just For Laughs, Bal En Blanc etc...
