He rose to the top of his field since bursting onto the music scene in 2008 with his hit single ‘Never Let Go’. With a catalog of 4 albums including hit songs like ‘Two Man Army’, ‘Mighty Healer’ and ‘Let Me Be The One,’ he has carved out a distintictive territory in the music industry both regionally and internationally over the years, reaching Top 10 spots on both US Billboard & iTunes Reggae Albums’ Charts. His infectious high quality reggae-dancehall-soca fusion has earned him the most wins at the Caribbean Gospel Music Marlin Awards on 3 occasions, 2014 (8), 2017(8) and 2022 (5). His passion and consistency for achieving God’s purpose has been the driving force of his ministry. Positive has collaborated with Grammy Award winning artist Jonathan Mc Reynolds, also Alaine, DJ Nicholas from Jamaica, V Rose & CHH artist Canon from the US plus much more. He’s worked with Grammy Award winning engineers and producers. In recent years, Positive has become a pioneer in Caribbean gospel, influencing many other artists within the islands. He has headlined major events across the Caribbean, UK, Europe, Central America and the Oceanic continent with his backing band, the Signature Band.
