Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Ramírez a.k.a. MKE RDZ was born in Mexico City, where he discovered the world of electronic music at the age of 15 thanks to artists like Gaia, Shogun and Dash Berlin. These inspired him to start his career as a DJ and producer in 2013. Throughout his journey he has worked a very particular style, combining the magical melodies of classic Trance with modern elements of Progressive House, resulting in a fresh air for the national electronic music scene. Labels such as Perfecto Records, Beat Recordings, Music Over Matter, Emergent Cities and Synchronized Music have given shelter to the music of MKE RDZ under his different aliases (Arroba, Mike Rodz & Star Travellerz). For a year he worked as a content specialist at RCRDSHP, a digital collectibles startup, where he had the opportunity to expand his knowledge about the electronic music industry, as well as working with renowned artists such as Solarstone, Roger Shah, Vassy, TheFatRat, among others. He is the creator of the concept called 'PLAY' where he interviews different national producers while they play video games.
