King Cap says that he realized his calling was in music after having major success in High School with the release of his first cd “Da Truth Has Been Spoken” selling over 500 copies in his High School alone. Once in college at Northern Kentucky University, King Cap managed to win several freestyle battles which were held and hosted by Cincinnati’s radio one staton 101.1fm the wiz. Cap began to buzz around the NKU campus landing him his first major show opening up for Chris Brown at NKU. . Since then King Cap has managed to share the stage with major acts such as Rick Ross, Future, Curren$y, and more.
