A multi-talented vocalist and Rapper born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. Awe$ome is making music that is thoughtful, conscious and driven by a desire to motivate, inspire, comfort and spread love and joy to all those that hear it. He initially started rapping at 15 and spent 6 years in the army with 2 tours in Iraq. It was during this period that Awesome’s creativity and undeniable talent began to shine through as every Friday they would have rap battles. This eventually grew into lyricism and songwriting and this has developed a style of songwriting that is transparent, daring and full of hope and reflective of the experiences and culture that Awe$ome represents, turning his pain into purpose and lessons into studio sessions. Awe$ome grew up surrounded by poetry and R& B music and has had a vast array of musical influences however he accredits the pivotal influence in his music to the instrumentation on songs more so than individual artists. This all culminates in Awe$ome producing a musical experience that is enjoyable, easy going and fun but still seeks to provoke thought and Awe$ome uses his music as a vehicle to express his perspectives and tell stories.
