Lewï is an independent Brazilian music producer. He defines his musical style as avant-garde electronic. His main inspiration comes from his unique interpretation and reflection on supposed spiritual phenomena, apocalyptic events, sexual taboos, and macabre, negative, and unpleasant events in human history. Most of his instrumental music is restless and dark, resulting from processes of mental catharsis and subjectivity, predominantly culminating in experimental sounds. However, dance, electroclash, and funk carioca may occasionally break the strange and dark atmosphere. Influences of down-tempo, new wave, trip hop, minimal, and ambient are explored electronically and tend to create this artist's dominant musical style, although there is always an effort to escape into something experimental and out of the space-time reality.
