Costa Sound started his music career in the 90s and from then on was indispensable in the Kassel hip hop scene. He started classically as a beatboxer and with fantasy rap. He quickly found his passion as a producer and was then able to produce his tracks at BMG Ariola Beats. Among other things, he also worked there with the hip-hop legend MC Rene. He was away from the hip-hop scene for a long time, but his studio was always there and so he started a super comeback in 2021 with a versatile album called "Auf ein Neues" where many legends of the German rap scene such as Rano, Spaxx, the company (shareholders), Flo Mega and many more are represented. Costa's work usually stems from a certain feeling. With the right sample, he builds the beat and brings it to perfection, which is a steep template for the artists he works with. It's always a journey into the past when you hear your beats: He pays respect to the old school and that you should never forget where you come from.
